Tour or destination pages say “Page not found”
Go to Settings › Permalinks and click Save Changes without changing anything. This refreshes the website’s addresses.
The homepage sections do not show
Your homepage needs to be a static page. See Set up the homepage.
Tours and destinations are missing from the homepage
Check that Travelight Core is active and that you have published at least one tour or destination. Also check the section is switched on in the Customizer.
Contact form emails do not arrive
Many hosts block email sent by WordPress. Install an SMTP plugin and connect it to your email provider. With Travelight Pro, messages are also saved under Enquiries, so nothing is lost.
A tour does not show up in the search filters
Check its Price starts with a number, like “$1,890”, and its Duration is written like “7 days” or “3 hours”. See Tour search and filters.
The demo import stopped part way
Go to Appearance › Import demo, click Remove demo content and import again. If it keeps stopping, ask your host to raise the PHP memory limit.
Pro features do not appear
Travelight Pro needs Travelight Core. If Core is not active, Pro shows a notice in the dashboard; activate Core and the features appear.
