When you edit a tour, use the Departure dates and child price box.
Departure dates
- Click Add a date and pick the date.
- Choose its availability: Available, Few seats left or Sold out.
- Update the tour.
The tour page then shows a Dates and availability table, and the booking box shows the next departure. Past dates are hidden automatically. When a visitor clicks Enquire next to a date, that date is filled in on the enquiry form.
Leave the dates empty for tours that run on request.
Child price
Fill in Child price to show it in the booking box. Tours with a child price ask for Adults and Children separately on the enquiry form.
