The contact and enquiry form

Add the form to any page, choose where messages go, and how spam is kept out.

Add the form to any page or post with a shortcode block:

[travelight_contact_form]

To make it an enquiry about one tour, add the tour’s ID. You can also change the button text:

[travelight_contact_form tour="123" button="Send enquiry"]

Where messages go

Messages are emailed to the address in Appearance › Customize › Contact details, or to the site admin email when that is empty. With Travelight Pro, every message is also saved under Enquiries in your dashboard.

Spam protection

  • A hidden field that only bots fill in
  • A minimum time to fill in the form
  • A limit of three messages per hour from one visitor

If messages do not arrive, your host may be blocking email sent by WordPress. An SMTP plugin usually fixes this.
